Rene’s journey began at the age of 17 when he joined the US ARMY Reserves. Following graduation from high school, he underwent rigorous training at Ft. Benning, GA, earning the distinguished MOS 11B. A testament to his dedication, Rene volunteered for active duty and served with honor during Desert Storm/Desert Shield. His military journey concluded with an Honorable Discharge on May 21, 1991, reflecting his unwavering commitment to duty and service.

Rene embarked on his professional journey at the age of 19 in 1991, carving his niche in the luxury automotive market. Renowned for his discerning taste and unparalleled client service, he navigated the elite realms of luxury, showcasing and selling iconic brands such as Rolls Royce, Bentley, Porsche, and Audi. In1996 Rene was head hunted by David Bingham and Butch Bockmier and joined Park Place Ltd in Bellevue, WA. Rene spent the next 8 years working as a Salesman, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and he still sold close to 20 cars a month on average. His passion for delivering excellence and commitment to client satisfaction laid the foundation for a distinguished career. Rene’s keen eye for quality and dedication to unparalleled client service laid the groundwork for a successful career that spanned over two decades.

Microsoft Extended An Invitation

In 2021, Microsoft extended an invitation to Rene Orona to become a Microsoft Partner, a proposal initially met with a resolute “no” due to time constraints despite his regular use of their products. However, after some persuasive efforts, Rene acquiesced and embraced a new role as a student in the tech industry. Since then, he has seamlessly integrated with all of Microsoft’s teams throughout the corporation, showcasing remarkable adaptability. His commitment and newfound expertise have been acknowledged, leading to the recent achievement of being granted the authority to sell Microsoft software and hardware – a testament to his rapid immersion and success in the dynamic world of technology solutions.
